Shipping Policy

Production and delivery: Allow up to six weeks after order confirmation.
Shipping fee: Free.
All products are made to order before dispatch.
Delivery timing may change depending on circumstances.

If you do not know your Korean ring size, choose “Not sure” when ordering and we will send a complimentary ring sizer. The overall production and delivery schedule will be extended by the time required to deliver and use the ring sizer.

Article 10 — Refunds and Delivery

③ Standard shipping fee: The company does not charge a standard shipping fee for any order. All items include free standard shipping.

④ Delivery period: Delivery may take up to six weeks from the date payment is completed. Delays may occur because of public holidays, natural disasters, or carrier circumstances. Customers will be notified in advance when a delay is expected.

⑤ Delivery responsibility: The company is generally responsible if a product is lost or damaged during delivery. The company is not responsible for delays or issues caused by customer-provided information, including an incorrect delivery address or contact number.

Customer satisfaction is a priority at VÈRN. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and refund under the terms below.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

The item must be unworn and unused.
The original packaging, including the box and pouch, must be included.
For diamonds, the original grading report or certificate must be included.
Product tags must remain attached.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Engraved or custom-made items
Items showing signs of wear
Diamonds returned without the grading report
Items damaged or altered through customer fault

4. Return Process

Request a return: Contact us through the Contact page and include your order number and reason for the return.
Receive approval: We will confirm whether the return is approved and provide return-shipping instructions within one to two business days.
Send the item: Pack the item securely and ship it according to the instructions provided.
Inspection and refund: We will inspect the item within three to five business days after receipt and issue the refund to the original payment method.

5. Return Shipping

Defective or incorrectly shipped items: VÈRN covers return and replacement shipping.
Change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for return-shipping costs.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Credit cards: Allow three to seven business days, depending on the card issuer.
Bank transfers and digital wallets: Allow two to five business days.

7. Exchanges

Size exchanges: One complimentary size exchange is available within 30 days of receipt.
Exchange for another item: Return the original item and place a new order.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us through the Contact page with photos within seven days of receipt. Once confirmed, we will provide a complimentary replacement or a full refund.
