In-stock items: Dispatch in 1–3 business days after payment confirmation; domestic delivery normally takes another 1–2 days.
Made-to-order items: Allow 7–14 business days after payment confirmation.
International delivery: Typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. You can also check current delivery status from your account page.

Yes, delivery is available to most countries. Diamond and jewelry orders are sent with insured, secure shipping.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unused, with the original packaging and grading report included. See the refund policy for complete terms.

Eligible size exchanges are complimentary within 30 days of receipt. To exchange for a different item, return the original item and place a new order.

VÈRN covers return shipping for confirmed product defects. Return shipping for a change of mind is the customer's responsibility.

Eligible VÈRN diamonds include a GIA or IGI grading report. Use the report number to verify it directly with the issuing laboratory.

They share the same chemical composition, physical properties, and optical properties. Lab-grown diamonds are created in a controlled environment over several weeks and are generally priced below comparable mined diamonds. Read the diamond guide for more details.

VÈRN works with diamonds graded by internationally recognized laboratories such as GIA and IGI and sources through verified suppliers on the Nivoda global platform.

Yes. English letters, numbers, and Korean characters are available. Select engraving when ordering and enter the exact text. Engraved items may have limited return eligibility.

Yes. Choose your preferred design, diamond, and metal, and our specialist makers will create your ring. Custom orders generally take 14–21 business days.
